What is a Commercial EPC?
A Commercial EPC is a detailed document which provides an asset rating of a building based on the performance of the building and it’s services (E.g. heating, lighting, air conditioning etc).
The EPC shows an asset rating on a scale of A-G, with “A” being the most energy efficient and “G” the least.
A Commercial EPC is required for all commercial buildings whenever built, sold, rented and assigned.

Buildings are currently responsible for around 40% of the UK’s energy consumption and carbon emissions.
Backed by European Law, under the EPBD (Energy Performance Buildings Directive), the EPC legislation intends to highlight energy wastage and in doing so help reduce energy consumption & carbon emissions.
